The quote tool

The quote form requests gender, birth date, self-assessed health, tobacco use, desired coverage, and term. These are sent to a carriers' quoting service to return rates; this website does not retain them. Name, address, phone, or email are not required to view quotes. Identical requests may be cached briefly to reduce quoting service calls.

Applying

Choosing Apply pre-fills a secure application hosted by the carriers' platform, which has its own privacy terms. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California agency (License 0B75129), manages the submitted application.

The contact form

The contact form collects your name, email, optional phone, preferred reply method, topic, and message. Messages go to the agency by email; your address becomes the reply recipient. This website stores no copy, no submission database, and no message log. A brief anti-spam check runs locally before sending.

Measurement

This site measures page views using server-side analytics from this domain, without cookies or tracking IDs. Two bytes of your IP address are removed before storage; referrer paths are stripped; raw logs are purged after 90 days. Browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control are excluded entirely.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share personal information, deploy advertising pixels, or integrate third-party analytics. The only external code is the carriers' application platform, which is only loaded if you navigate to the application page.
